Music on the Porch

Celebrate International Play Music on the Porch Day! Pack a picnic lunch, bring a chair or blanket, and enjoy an evening of making music together—from 4:00 PM until the music stops.

Bring your instrument and join in! Whether you've been playing for years or have never picked up a guitar before, someone will be happy to teach you a few chords.

If Radiohead and the Grateful Dead aren't your thing... make some suggestions!

We're looking for one dedicated musician for each hour to help keep the music anchored throughout the event, and we'll also need a few helping hands with setup before the music begins. If you'd like to volunteer in either way, please let Shara know.
